"My old insurance company was going to spike my rate by over $400 and as I was shopping around for new insurance, Cesar helped me find a better rate. He was super nice and thorough and easy to work with. We had my account set up and ready in about 10 minutes with all the same coverage I had before and then some at a way cheaper rate. If you need anyone’s help I highly recommend him."
